ANDRE ALLEN

Owner | Coach

Andre Allen is the founder of Trainers Elite, a private personal training studio built around results-driven coaching and elite-level accountability. With over 12 years of experience in personal training, Andre has helped hundreds of clients improve their health, transform their physiques, and build sustainable strength.

A former Division I college football player, Andre brings the mindset, discipline, and performance standards of high-level athletics into every program he designs. His coaching philosophy combines intelligent strength training, strategic nutrition, and measurable progress tracking to deliver consistent results.

Andre is known for his expertise in body composition transformation, specializing in helping clients lose body fat while building lean muscle. His approach focuses on improving how clients look, perform, and feel, not just the number on the scale.

In addition to physique transformation, Andre works as a Sports Performance Coach, training athletes to develop strength, speed, and power that translates directly to the field.

Through Trainers Elite, Andre has created a focused, professional training environment where clients receive expert guidance, accountability, and a clear path toward long-term success.

BEN LAW

Strength & Rehabilitation Coach

An ACE-certified strength coach with 5+ years of experience who helps clients rehabilitate injuries, rebuild resilient movement, and return to the activities they love with confidence.

  • Ben Law is a strength-focused personal trainer with over five years of hands-on coaching experience, specializing in rehabilitation and injury recovery. ACE Certified, Ben works closely with clients who are looking to rebuild strength, restore movement, and confidently return to the activities they love most—safely and confidently.

    With an athletic background that includes track and cross country, field hockey through college, and competitive rugby, Ben understands the real physical demands of both sport and everyday movement. His coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that humans are meant to move well, move often, and live actively, free from pain. By exposing clients to a wide variety of purposeful, functional movements, he builds lasting resilience, improves mobility, and enhances overall quality of life both inside and outside the gym environment.

    Outside the gym, Ben enjoys playing and watching rugby, hiking local trails, biking with friends, and spending quality time with his family whenever he can.

    FUN FACT: Ben has an identical twin brother.

High-Performance & Physique Coach

A high-performance coach who uses science-based, purpose-driven training to help everyone from beginners to NBA athletes build muscle, lose fat, prevent injury, and achieve elite, sustainable results.

  • Luiz Antonio is a high-performance coach with experience training athletes at every level, from beginners to elite professionals, including NBA players. His background allows him to tailor training to each person, no matter the sport, experience, or goal.

    Luiz specializes in injury recovery and prevention, fat loss, muscle gain, and high-level performance. His programs are science-based, results-driven, and built with intention—every session has a purpose, and every exercise has a reason.

    With a competitive bodybuilding background, Luiz brings strong expertise in physique development, discipline, and long-term progress. He blends aesthetics, performance, health, and longevity into programs that maximize results while respecting the client’s time.

    Sessions are intense, efficient, and engaging—hard enough to drive progress, but enjoyable enough to maintain it.

MEG BERNHOLZ

Strength, Fat Loss & Corrective Exercise Specialist

A highly experienced coach with 15+ years in fitness who combines corrective exercise, nutrition, and supportive accountability to help clients build strength, improve movement, and gain lasting confidence.

  • Meg Bernholz brings over 15 years of coaching experience across personal training, group fitness, cycling, TRX, and small-group training. With eight years of focused personal training experience and advanced certifications in corrective exercise, menopause coaching, and nutrition, Meg helps clients build strength, confidence, and long-term sustainability both inside and outside the gym environment. 

    Her coaching strengths include motivation, accountability, proper form, fat loss, and working with beginners at every stage of their fitness journey. Meg’s detail-oriented, encouraging, and deeply supportive approach ensures sessions are challenging yet safe—prioritizing movement quality, functional strength, and confidence in every phase of training and long-term physical progress.

    With a background in field hockey, ice hockey, and lacrosse, Meg understands the importance of smart, resilient training that supports real life demands beyond the workout. She’s especially passionate about helping clients move better, feel stronger, regain trust in their bodies, and truly celebrate what they’re capable of achieving over time.

    Outside the gym, Meg enjoys traveling, hiking, fishing, Pilates, reading, and spending meaningful, quality time with her family and close friends whenever she can.

    FUN FACT: Meg completed an endurance challenge gaining 29,029 feet of elevation—the height of Mount Everest—in just 32 hours.

Strength, Boxing & Performance Coach

A disciplined, education-first coach with 12+ years of experience who blends strength training, boxing, and behavior science to help clients safely build resilience, confidence, and lasting results.

  • With over 12 years of experience, Julio brings a disciplined, education-first approach to personal training. After serving four years in the United States Coast Guard, he entered the fitness industry with a commitment to excellence—physically, mentally, and professionally.

    Julio’s background includes 1-on-1 personal training, strength coaching, boxing, and group fitness. He has led high-intensity interval training classes, boxing fundamentals programs, and strength-based group sessions with consistently high engagement.

    Julio is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Eleiko Strength Coach and USA Weightlifting Coach, Pain-Free Specialist including Pain-Free Knees, Spartan SGX Conditioning Coach, with additional expertise in TRX, Boxing Fitness and Performance Conditioning, and Behavior Change Science and Mindful Stress Management.

    Julio is known for his attention to detail, integrity, and ability to adapt training around injuries without compromising results. His coaching style is patient, supportive, and disciplined—meeting clients where they are and steadily pushing them toward higher standards of strength, resilience, and confidence.

    Outside the gym, Julio prioritizes continuous learning and personal growth. He enjoys trail runs, movies, and rewarding himself with great food when off his meal plan.

    FUN FACT: Clients often joke that they wish Julio would get distracted—just so they could do fewer reps.
